Crescent footwear Ltd. is dedicated to delivering your orders in good condition and on time, so we ship our product(s) via reputable couriers. Our shipping policies are as below:

  • We are committed to delivering your order inside Dhaka within 5 (Five) working days and 10 (Ten) working days outside Dhaka after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery charge is BDT 80 inside Dhaka, and BDT 120 outside Dhaka.
  • Each order will be delivered to a single destination as specified in the purchase order. It is important to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the ordering process to ensure successful delivery.
  • In exceptional cases where a single order/invoice contains multiple items, we may make multiple deliveries to ensure the timely availability of each item. However, no extra delivery charges will be imposed in such cases.

Open-Box Delivery Policy

We want your purchase experience to be flawless. Here are a few guidelines for verifying your order when it arrives at your doorstep:

  • Check Your Order at Delivery: Customers can open the delivery package only in front of the delivery rider to verify the product’s quality, size, design, color, and quantity before accepting it.
  • Instant Return for Wrong or Damaged Products: If the product is defective, damaged, the wrong size, the wrong color, or has a missing quantity, customer shall return it immediately. However, any personal preference or changed decision after completion of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Steps for Instant Returns:
    •  Inform the delivery person immediately if any issues with your order.
    •  Allow the delivery person to contact our return team for assistance with the process.
    •  Reseal the package using the provided sticker in the presence of the delivery person.
    •  Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the package is not sealed in front of the delivery person.
    •   The delivery person has the right to refuse a return if the package is not properly sealed in their presence.
  •  Hassle-Free Returns for Eligible Issues: Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged product, incorrect size, wrong color/design, or missing quantity.
  •  Customer Convenience First: Our delivery team is trained to assist you throughout this process. Please ensure that you have performed all checks before the delivery person leaves to avoid any inconveniences.
